{Sweet Summer Romance}: A Palette of Shades of Pink, Green + White
{Light Coral, Blush, Light Green, Mint Green + White}
Happy Monday! And welcome to a brand new week. I'm starting mine out on a high note and feeling so happy & content. I hope had a lovely weekend yourself? As you can probably tell by my upbeat demeanor, mine was perfectly splendid! It was just the right balance of fun and relaxation. Something did dawn on me this weekend, though and that is the fact that perhaps maybe I've been rushing into Fall and not really embracing all the beauty and awesomeness that Summer has to offer. Is awesomeness a word? he he. I'm thinking it's not. {continued...}

In any case, this weekend I found myself rediscovering my love for the brighter and more playful colors that go hand in hand with Spring and Summer. And let me just tell you... I'm really glad I did! For some reason, it's shades like these that remind me of a simpler time in life. But mostly these kind of colors remind me of my childhood Summers. Oh, to be a kid again. For me, these colors are completely playful. I especially love it when you can incorporate fun patterns like gingham and stripes. Looking for a fun idea for escort cards? How about these pinwheel ones? Oh, and who isn't loving the idea of offering your guests a watermelon popsicle for dessert?
