A Modern Fall Wedding | Orange + Gray
I can still remember how excited I was to discover this color palette back in 2009 when I was planning my own wedding. And although I didn't end up using this exact color palette, I often dreamt of the possibilities of a orange and gray wedding. At the time, this pairing was really unique. And I think most of that perceived uniqueness really came from the idea of using gray as a neutral. At the time (in the wedding world at least) the most used neutrals were black or navy. And I remember brown was also emerging as a hot neutral for weddings.

But then gray hit the scene. And boy did we all swoon. Because, seriously guys. What's not to love? I think it's very beautiful alternative to the classic black. It softens, it anchors and it even incorporates a cool modern flair. Without even trying! I don't know about you but I'm completly obsessed with these bridesmaid dresses. See how pretty it can be when you incorporate a print like floral? And those clutches? Yeah, those totally had me at hello. So what do you think? Are you a fan of using gray as a neutral?
