6 Wedding Styling Tips | Radiant in Red
Okay, so I just so happen to know that one of my readers has a huge soft spot for the color red. So much so that couldn't help but think of her as I put this little piece together. Lena? Are you seeing this? Now, I have to admit that red was at one time my favorite color. But here lately, I just don't seem to gravitate towards it like I used to. Nevertheless, I can't help but swoon a little when I see red done right. And so today I thought it would be fun to share 6 of my favorite styling tips for red weddings.
1. Don't be Afraid to Make a Statement: Okay, so let's be honest, red is a pretty bold color. But that doesn't mean you have to use it sparingly. Go big or go home am I right? I think these gigantic balloons are a perfect example of what I'm talking about!
2. Patterns Add Visual Interest: Here lately I'm totally obsessed with patterns. And patterns on bridesmaid dresses? Yeah, I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this trend! So when it comes to dressing your bridal party, take my advice and mix in some patterns. It adds a visual interest that will come across as absolutely unique.
3. Signature Cocktails: Signature cocktails are a great way to incorporate your color palette! I suggest working with your catering team to come up with something completely unique (and color coordinated). Your guests will appreciate your thoughtfulness.
