Sparkle and Champagne | Winter Inspiration
Imagine my excitement, when I saw this sparkly soirée pop up in my submission box. It's got all of my favorite things, you guys! Sparkle, champagne, marquee lights, macarons! Yep, this shoot had me at hello. Designed, styled and captured by Joanna Moss photography, this winter scene has swept me away to a place filled with magic and whimsy.
Oh, and did I mention the colors? Any dusty blue lovers out there? I don't know about you, but I've long been a fan. Mix in some pretty metallics and a bit of winter white, and you can you go ahead and consider me smitten.
In this wintery, New Year's eve inspired wedding design, hair and makeup were changed up mid-shoot to compliment the bride's change of wardrobe as she went from "ceremony" to "reception" in a matter of minutes. From the designer, "We wanted to create an inspiring winter look where the bride could easily change up her style from wedding to reception with a few simple changes. We kept it simple and elegant."

Winter pretties make my heart happy, especially when they’re paired up with a healthy dose of sparkle and a pretty palette to boot. With a layered color palette of dusty blue and shimmery gold, beautiful blooms by Maple Ridge Florist, and a creative display of festive flair, this beautiful scene is one for the books!
