Pantone's Color Of The Year, Marsala! A Styled Shoot
With photography by The Howard Brand and floral design and styling by Flowers on Orchard Lane, there's so much to swoon over in today's styled shoot. And I'm pretty sure you're going to be swooning right along side me.
This shoot was inspired by Lubna Designs' Beyond Bridal Collection. From the photographer, "I wanted to inspire brides to think of beautiful ways to style and plan for events leading up to the wedding day such as the bridal shower, the engagement party, the rehearsal dinner, the bachelorette party and the like."
This team of pros decided to highlight Pantone's Color of the Year, Marsala — And in such gorgeous way! They combined Marsala with glittery gold and romantic blush accents to create an elegantly styled shoot that conveyed luxury, and charm all with a vintage twist — complete with colorful macaroons, intricately designed cupcakes, and mixed-matched china. Hello, fabulous!
I told you all that this one was filled to the brim with beauty. Am I right? And what about all of these lovely little details? These darling macarons! And those champagne minis! Um, and these fab florals?
I'm sort of obsessed. Excuse me, but I sort of just want to jump into this scene and stay awhile. Maybe pour myself a refreshing glass of lemonade and eat a macaron, or two, or three.
