A Festive Holiday Shoot with Gorgeous Garlands
Candace Nelson Photography and with creative direction and floral design by Thorne and Thistle and Blossom Me Bloom.
From the designer, "Our styled shoot was designed and created to complement and enhance the Emporium, an elegantly restored historic Catholic church located in Troy, Alabama, now available as an event venue."
"The venue features gold embellished Corinthian columns, a barrel shaped ceiling, and a quatrefoil shaped stained glass window. We carried this motif throughout our shoot by repeating this shape on the invitation and in wreaths hanging on the gold mirrors."
What a charming entrance. And I just love the draped garlands...
So much to love about this...
Seriously, though can we all just take a second to swoon over this gown?
And this bouquet? Wow! So absolutely stunning!
And I just love these sparkly gold bridesmaid gowns...
Sweetness overload...
And this gorgeous bouquet? So absolutely pin-worthy, if you ask me!
Gold was a color that was highlighted throughout and can be seen in various accents...
Including the table linens, candelabras, and jewelry....
This wedding cake is so unbelievably beautiful!
A rug in the venue's entry brought in vibrant hints of red and gorgeous specks of gold.
Color was also brought in through the food items... with a raspberry accent in the champagne glasses and the gold platter displaying the macaroons.
And how gorgeous is this setup?
Beautiful, elegant, and oh-so sophisticated...
And the gold chiavari chairs really do add a bit of pizzazz.
Oh, and I can't go without mentioning my love for this festive invitation suite.
An exquisite color palette with romantic styling and gorgeous floral design makes this shoot a total stand out. Lots of love to all the amazing Alabama wedding professionals who came together to bring this wedding inspiration to life.
It's definitely inspired me to go on a pin-fest! Care to join me?
