A Holiday Inspired Vow Renewal
With design and styling by my sweet friend Cristen of Cristen & Co., and gorgeous captures by Annmarie Swift Photography, I'm not going to lie; this is truly the stuff that wedding dreams are made of, you guys!
From Cristen & Co., "We were inspired by the holiday season and the sophisticated, rustic elements that the winter season brings, lush evergreens, succulents, pinecones and white poinsettias with just that perfect hint of sparkle."
"With lots neutral color and wood tones along with the touch of dusty blue we were able to create a unique holiday color palette that was just merry enough!"
So festive, so elegant, so dreamy...
From the designer, "This was a magical celebration of true, long lasting love"
"Our bride wore a custom dusty blue chiffon skirt by Katherine Elizabeth Bridal adorned with a satin bow that flowed in the chilly wind."
Let the celebration begin...
A farmhouse table was filled with cheer as each place setting was decorated with a delicious miniature naked cake and a cheerful popper!
I just love this mix of colors! And can we just talk about this beautiful bouquet by Nectar?
From the designer, "Our couple had been together for almost a decade and that alone was a beautiful testament of affection to one another."
Care for a cozy beverage? A toasty cinnamon hot toddy, perhaps?
Oh to be a guest at this table!
And how darling are these hand lettered chair signs?
Such a good looking couple! And I just love their attire!
Dusty blue really is a lovely shade...
And these captures just keep getting better and better!
Wouldn't you agree?
I'm just loving the contrast between the farmhouse tables and the metal chairs!
And this skirt is simply twirl-worthy!
Perfectly styled and so festive for the season!
And this dessert bar? Be still my heart.
Seriously, this is just too gorgeous for words!
I just adore this little lounge space!
And those donuts look amazing!
What a beautiful day for a stroll in the leaves!
Oh, and I can't go without mentioning my love all of this gorgeous texture!
And this particular shade of blue? So absolutely gorgeous. Very close to Pantone's Color of the Year, Serenity!
And how darling are these vow renewal booklets?
Promising forever never looked so sweet...
And this pretty packaging? Yes, please!
Oh, and who isn't loving this beautiful, custom stationery suite designed by The Paper Perfectionist? So beautiful, if you ask me!
And this cake? Sweet Indulgence outdid themselves with a perfect 4-tiered cake that ended up being a complete showstopper!
Tis' the season for spreading love and good cheer...
....and it just so happens to be the best time for bringing loved ones together for festive occasions like this one!
I seriously can't get enough of this cake. It's the perfect mix of elegance and rustic winter goodness.
And this gorgeous statement necklace? Wow!
So many wow-worthy ideas! Cheers m'dears!
And they lived happily ever after...
But first... they cozied up with fluffy blankets, had a few more hot toddies, and indulged in a couple of more gourmet donuts as the wintery sun began to set over the wooded field. Pure perfection.
And goodness! What a lovely celebration it was! I'm just obsessed with all the details, that gorgeous dusty blue skirt, the floral design, that cake, those invitations, and the love that is so obviously felt between these two...
Plus there really is something to be said about a vow renewal. To recommit your love and loyalty to your spouse is such a beautiful thing and I just got to admit that it has me dreaming of my own vow renewal one day!
Now, off I go to pin, pin, pin. Let's pin together, shall we?
