On behalf of a star studded cast from Ottawa, Canada, I'm just 'bursting-at-the-seams-excited,' to share this amazing shoot entitled, ‘A Glamorous Affair.’
Make no mistake about it, m'dears! I'm 100% smitten. Because, you guys? Somewhere between the first image and last image of this shoot is my ultimate happy place.
It's a design-lovers dream brought to life by
Ali and Batoul,
Pearl Decor, and
Ottawa Flowers, and it's guaranteed to have you swooning in
– oh you know, about .2 seconds flat.
Shot just last month in December, this wintry wedding inspiration has it all!
From the designer, "We were inspired by old vintage Hollywood, earthly greens of a snowless winter, a palette of ruby red, marsala, fuchsia, light pink, navy blue and gold."
The berry tones within this palette were brought to life with plum and pomegranate fruit accents....
...as well as through a bright, bold lip color choice and the hypericum berries in the florals.
These little pops of berry gave vibrancy and warmth to the traditional gold and navy palette.
Mismatched vintage furniture proved to be a gorgeous choice...
...as I really love the contrast that's happening between the white vinyl chairs and the repurposed cherry oak dining table...
The plunging neckline and the soft french tulle bodice of the Carolina gown designed by Truvelle...
... really allowed this multilayered, crystal necklace by Stunning! Fashion Accessories to pop!
Beauty, sophistication, and elegance can be seen throughout every little detail...
And this glitzy and glam 5-tier wedding cake? Yes, please!
I just love this old fashioned details throughout ...
Oh, and I can't go without mentioning my love for this gorgeous calligraphy by Stephanie Ko...
And can we just talk about this bridal look for a second?
Make-up artistry by Klava Zykova was done so beautifully...
...while the bride’s side-swiped hair brings the overall look back to the old 40s glamour.
So much to love about this capture, if you ask me...
That necklace, these place settings...
... and this gold plated cutlery helped create an alternative and modern table setting....
Cheers, to a lifetime of love and happiness...
And how amazing are these glittery gold dipped candles?
I told you this was going to be gorgeous! From the beautiful bridal fashion, to the over-the-top floral design — there really is so much to love about this dream-wedding and I'm just thrilled to bits to have the opportunity to share the talents of all of the Ottawa wedding vendors who were a part of making this shoot happen!
