Daily Dose of Color: Featuring Dreamy Blues
Just Merried Events and exquisite florals by Violette & Flowers, today's styled shoot is just filled to the brim with beauty and it's a good thing that Saculles Photography was behind the lens because these captures are some kind of wonderful!
From the team, "This shoot was inspired by a beautiful new venue, The Estate on Second. It’s no easy feat to find a place that has historic significance, still retaining much of its original architecture and design, yet resonates as a modern, stylish venue for young couples to be married (and especially in Southern California)!"
"And the team of vendors who participated in the shoot was completely on the same page (that’s the amazing thing – getting so many different people and points of view to be in unison)."
"The color palette we selected – hues of blue – was meant to complement the industrial feel of the architecture (brick walls, exposed beams and piping, bare floors)."
"The first shade of blue that came to mind was a denim/chambray color – after all, denim was first invented to fulfill a very industrial purpose."
A stunning invitation suite designed by Allyson Tarmino was so instrumental in tying together both the colors and the overall theme.
And this bouquet? Wow! Violette & Flowers, you truly outdid yourselves!
More from the team, "we incorporated different shapes and textures across various elements, which softened up an otherwise more masculine palette."
"A floral chandelier was created with cascading flowers, while intricate vintage patterns can be seen on the china and glassware."
"The escort cards and invitations feature wisps of floral imprints..."
".... which added a sweet, feminine flair..."
And how dapper is this groom? Such a sharp tux by Friar Tux.
Another element that adds so much charm? This colorful glassware by Dish Wish Events!
And these two? What a beautiful couple they make!
Single stems were delicately placed in old fashioned styled bottles.
And how great are these outdoor, more industrial style shots?
Blue menus and a mix of blue and white napkins add a nice pop of color.
And this chandelier? Excuse me, because I must pin this shot immediately!
Beautiful blue tones can be seen throughout...
And they are balanced ever so nicely by these earthy green hues...
Gorgeous, green garlands add a touch of romance...
And wow! I just love these cascading blooms...
So simple and sweet, and so very sophisticated...
And these clean lines within this ceremony space are so so inspiring.
And these farm tables? They pair so nicely with this gold flatware and these industrial style chairs.
So dreamy and perfectly styled.
And how cute are these ceremony signs?
A giant 'LOVE' sign was displayed ever-so-sweetly.
And a closer look at this tabletop reveals such beauty and attention to detail.
Colorful cuisine by Jay’s Catering looks oh-so delish.
And these two? So darling, if you ask me!
Simple garlands soften this industrial space...
And this beautiful bar cart display has me feeling oh-so inspired!
Love the fact that Blue Moon was on the menu! Yes, please!
Oh, and can we just talk about this simple and sophisticated wedding cake designed by MCakes?
And these artfully displayed tarts? Obsessed.
A fun marquee style sign adds a charming touch.
I just love that this wedding cake has a very subtle ombré effect.
Macaron, anyone?
Blue thistles were used to accent this colorful array of desserts...
And as you can see here, more pattern play was incorporated by way of our groom's tie and this tablecloth.
From the sweet styling on this modern bride, to the fun and fabulous 'LOVE' sign – every detail was carefully selected and woven into the beautiful love story told through these photos.
And how lovely are these cascading bouquet ribbons?
Dreamy, elegant, and oh-so pretty, I'm just so in love with how this talented team of pros used color within their event design.
Such an inspiring shoot and definitely a beautiful display of inspiration! Huge hugs and high fives to all the pros who came together to bring this lovely shoot to life! It's easy to tell that so much heart went into this concept, the coordination, and all of the details!
