From the photographer, "our team was inspired by our love of bright, vivid colors and we wanted to incorporate an Anthropologie inspired vibe into this shoot. We also knew that an art gallery would be the best place to bring this vision to life and we did so in the heart of Washington DC."

"I always use real couples for our shoots because our goal is always to have authenticity, even in inspiration shoots, and this wonderful couple was one of the best I've ever photographed!

"Their fun chemistry was the cherry on top of this wonderful design that we hope will inspire a bride looking for something different than the usual."

Amanda and Danny met as teenagers with a shared passion at a filmmaking workshop during the idyllic, coastal Maine summer.

Though they lived in different cities, they stayed in touch and dated for a brief time the following year...

...but timing and circumstance made it near impossible for them to be together.

So they stayed friends and saw each other through life events and relationships, all the time comparing one another to their latest love interest.

Fast forward 11 years and the timing was finally right! Around Amanda's birthday, they caught up by phone and were both unattached for the first time in all those years.

Later that evening, Danny got on a train from DC and headed to Amanda in Delaware and they've been inseparable ever since, marrying 3 years later to the very day of that fateful train ride.

I guess you could say that the stars had finally aligned for them...

... and what a beautiful thing to have happened.

Seriously, you can just feel the love!

And this stunning capture? Definitely one of my personal favorites.

Rentals by Bella Villa Antiques and Vintage Rentals and Geek Restored really breathed life into this design.

And can we just pause for a second to talk about how great this venue is? Fathom Gallery, I'm in love.

And this cake designed by Catherine George Cakes? Be still my heart.

Because from custom stationery designed by Oda Creative, all the way to the ....

... amazing tabletop design by L & L Events, one thing is for sure!

There really is so much to be inspired by with this shoot.

And I'm thrilled to have the chance to share this amazing design with you today.

Gold chargers + flatware added a touch of elegance and I just love these colorful napkins.

A mix of ranunculus, dahlias, roses, and hydrangea were arranged with such care.

And how amazing is the modern detailing on this cake?

So totally pin-worthy, if you ask me!

And this! Seriously? I'm going crazy over here, you guys!

The happiest of florals make this design pop and I just love the copper and metallic touches...

So festive and fun and all kinds of pretty!

...and then it was time for a little fresh air...

Beautiful blooms, a gorgeous brick wall, and a dress as amazing as this one?

Yes, please! And how great are these street shots? So romantic, if you ask me!

TMAK Artistry did a phenomenal job with hair + makeup and how dapper is this guy?

And these two? I adore a good love story and theirs is one of the sweetest.
