Under the Tuscan Sun Wedding Inspiration

Exquisitely elegant and perfect-for-fall, today's wedding inspiration designed by Amber Veatch Designs and Andrea Layne Floral Design takes us to the countryside of Italy, where the food is delicious, the friends are plentiful, and the sunsets radiate with all kinds of feel good vibes. And lucky for us Emily Katharine Photography was behind the lens to capture it all!

Olivia's bridesmaids wore mismatched dresses provided by Bella Bridesmaid Tampa. One was a soft gray wrap dress from Ceremony by Joanna August with twisted strap details. The other was a dusty blue tulle dress by the Jenny Yoo Collection with an ivory top from Ceremony by Joanna August, which were paired together to create a two-piece look.

Andrea of Andrea Layne Floral Design envisioned a casual yet elegant wedding set under the oak trees of a southern garden with influences of the Tuscan hillside...   ....complete with lush blooms, flowing wine, and a charcuterie and antipasti table of Italian favorites.

From the team, "we imagined the couple coming together with their family and friends to celebrate love and enjoy delicious food late into the evening."

The sweeping oaks and spanish moss at the Laurel Wood Gardens, in Dade City, Florida, proved to be the perfect backdrop for this celebration.

Andrea collaborated with Amber of Amber Veatch Designs to plan, curate and style this romantic, European villa-inspired look. 

Together, they dreamt up this beautiful, timeless details that appeal to a modern, relaxed bride.

To complement the earthy tones of the venue, this "Under the Tuscan Sun" theme was born.

The color palette consisted of a shades of golden yellow, champagne and brass tones with pops of burgundy and dusty blue.    Each item was displayed with a name card from Shine Wedding Invitations to welcome the ​guests to grab a plate. 

"Our bride, Olivia, wore a stunning v-neck lace ​Daalarna Couture ​dress provided by The Bride Tampa, complete with illusion ​back and a delicate lace peplum tied around her waist."

"Her hair was tousled in soft effortless waves created by SMP Artistry for a classic, natural look that suits every bride."

"Her handsome groom, Lucca, wore navy slacks with a light blue dress shirt, navy suspenders, brown wingtip oxfords and a checkered bow tie that he pulled right out of his closet."

  The bride carried a lush, garden-style, hand-tied bouquet filled with plum and butter yellow ranunculus, tree peonies, garden roses...

...and copious amounts of eucalyptus, olive branches and rosemary (be still, my heart). 

  Olive branch garlands graced the backs of the café chairs from Wish Vintage Rentals.

Their curled and braided updo’s helped display their gorgeous fresh floral necklaces, created by Andrea Layne Floral Design.

  Velvet ribbons in marigold and dusty blue were wrapped and flowing around the stems. The invitation suite from Shine Wedding Invitations set the stage for the event.  Complete with hand scripted font and flawless marigold floral envelope liners, guests were instantly welcomed to this southern wedding with a Tuscan state of mind.  And that dreamy calligraphy font was carried throughout the rest of the accompanying stationary from the menus to the buffet labels to the escort cards that were attached to the favor bottles. Fresh-squeezed lemonade was provided to kept guests refreshed and mingling throughout the event.

Lined with a hand dyed, dusty blue gauze runner, the wooden farm tables from Set Rentals welcomed guests to take a seat and enjoy the warm evening filled with good food, lots of laughter and shared memories. 

An eye-catching, overflowing centerpiece in a glazed ceramic bowl was balanced by two rosemary topiaries and candles to cast a warm glow over the table giving it an inviting, festive ambiance. 

Trudy Melissa Cakes provided a three tiered naked cake, with ribbons of vanilla buttercream between the layers of moist butter cake. 

It was perched on a table that looked like it has been plucked right out of a Tuscan villa and a wooden crate, both from Wish Vintage Rentals. 

At each setting, guests were welcomed with a menu, wooden charger, a loaf of rosemary bread, a glass of Italian wine, and golden flatware provided by Set Rentals. 

Styled flawlessly by Amber Veatch, the wedding party enjoyed the charcuterie and antipasti table, complete with european cheeses, a variety of meats, pasta salads, tomato and basil caprese skewers, assorted bread and crackers, and an olive oil bar!     

The cake was decorated with herbs and a floral topper by the baker and the floral designer.

  At the end of the evening, guests would take home their Limoncello favors...   Such a beautiful way to remember all of the beauty of this day, and all of the fun that was had while celebrating the union of Lucca and Olivia.

It was a dreamy wedding inspiration that ended with a beautiful sunset and sweetest of kisses.
