Styled Bohemian Chic Wedding Inspiration
Designed by Inspirations by Gina and inspired by 1960’s Bohemian Chic, this styled shoot brings a fresh new perspective on this groovy and fun theme with its pops of brilliant colors, and elegant soft touches.
From the design team, "When we first walked into The Willow Ballroom at the River Road Exchange with Christine of Christine Glebov Photography, we instantly fell in love with the venue and knew it would be the perfect place for our styled shoot because the space offered a grand blank canvas in which to design."
....and this custom hand lettered invitation suite and menu cards by Pop Calligraphy? Swoon.
Loving the vivid colors that were used on the stationery and the boho motifs.
"It was wonderful witnessing the loving chemistry between Diana and Brian (a real couple) and to see them laughing throughout the day."
A custom wedding cake by Sugar Bits Custom Cakes was so creatively designed.
... while elegant lighting and draping by 3 Stage Lighting really set the tone for the shoot.
And with fun retro décor and rentals by Blossom Farm Vintage Rentals & Botanica Lifestyle and Design, this team was wedding ready in no time.
For this second look, the bride changed into a two piece wedding gown.
And not only that! But she also had a second hair and makeup look by Lea Buehler B Gorgeous.
We're loving this pink lipstick with this swept up bridal hairstyle held in place with florals.
...And who could resist a smoky eye as pretty as this?
What a creative way to document your day!
And a photo from a photobooth bus as a keepsake would make the loveliest favor.
We're obsessed with this fun-loving couple and all of these silly props!
Yes, please to all of this.
...Such a lovely way to incorporate your vintage-loving side.
And what a fun couple they were! So silly and full of love for one another!
"I love how the warmth of the interior brick and concrete walls along with the high ceilings contrast with the urban exterior of the venue space."
"I have always been drawn to color, so I wanted to use a lot of brilliant colors to bring out the richness of the venue interior and exterior."
"I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in late 60’s and 70’s and was heavily influenced by everything that was going in Berkeley and Oakland, California during that time."
"I knew I wanted to combine my early influences and all things “hippie” into a fresh and elegant Bohemian chic wedding shoot, showcasing a few different bridal looks."
"I incorporated colors such as orange, splashes of copper, gold, and teal, which accented well with the warmth of the venue interior."
"I also added earthy elements such as feathers, dream catchers, antlers, and lace."
"Our team of creative partners really made this day magical with three different bridal looks and several unique and colorful floral designs by Wild Flowers by Maria Lang."
Plus can we just talk about this hand crafted jewelry piece by Jester Swink?

More from the team, "The day could not be complete without a bright red 1959 Volkswagen Bus, which is also a fun and fantastic photo booth.
What a creative way to document your day!
And a photo from a photobooth bus as a keepsake would make the loveliest favor.
And these two looks? They were both bohemian inspired, but one was a bit more "hippie," and the other felt a little more vintage and a touch more sophisticated. Cheers to this talented team!
