From the design team, "The beauty of styled shoots is the power that they have to bring people together. There are so many exclamations and squeals of delight as we gather to admire each other's work — it almost feels like Christmas morning!"
"During a time of year typically filled with red and green, we chose a navy and glittery gold color palette. We wanted to highlight the season as well as bring the warmth of the Tucson, Arizona desert into play."
"From the moment you arrive at Glover Ranch, you are greeted with a warmth and hospitality that is usually only reserved for close family."
"Kelly Glover and her daughter Brittny help their guests through every step of the planning and execution, offering hugs and possibly some homemade pie along the way."
"To help set the tone before the event even began, Nicole from True Bliss designed elegant gold and navy invitations."
"The shimmery navy paper and gold glitter envelope liner really left guests with a great first impression"
"Elizabeth with A Floral Note continued the color theme with the flowers."
"Focusing on a warm winter feel, she used cream and blue tones and incorporated salt cedar and eucalyptus foraged right from the ranch."
"Silver dusty miller highlighted the blue tones of the eryngium thistle and played beautifully with the white a soft blush roses, white wax flower, white snapdragons and dancing ribbons."
"The bride wore an ivory Henkaa gown, provided by Style with Kari with a glittering brooch and a lace overlay."
"Rachel of The Power Room wanted to keep the hair and makeup elegant and timeless to continue with the shoot's theme of classic beauty."
"The hair was swept back into a low chignon, and the makeup was kept soft and feminine with hints of purple to compliment the tones of the bouquet."
"The groom wore a navy suit, which played perfected with the blue tones in the eryngium thistle in his boutonniere."
"And Tina Kraemer with Pure in Art Photography tied it all together with her talent and unique perspective of telling the color story..."
"...capturing the reception details, and evoking genuine emotion with the couple."
"Peace Of Mind Events and the team at Glover Ranch planned the reception decor around as many local pieces as possible."
"Centerpieces were created using cotton (one of the 5 Cs of Arizona) from a neighboring family ranch."
"The wooden and wrought iron banquet tables (made on site by Brittny’s husband) were adorned with salt cedar from the ranch; candles and gold ornaments added some sparkle to complete the look."
"Foraged greenery was hung on the barn walls to highlight the gift table, the hot chocolate station, and the bar area."
"The twinkling of candlelight and an abundance of greenery brought about an incredibly festive holiday feel, even though there wasn’t a trace of red to be found!"
"An inviting lounge area was created by the team at Glover Ranch using hay bales and comfy blankets."
"Once a few heaters and floral touches were added, they were the best seats in the house! And did we mention that no party is complete without sweet treats?"
...as the sun began to set, so many beautiful moments were captured.
We simply can't get enough of this rustic elegance...
...and these cotton branch centerpieces and the way they contrast with the twinkly lights above.
Plus who knew that stacks of hay bales could be so chic?
Oh, and as you can see the sweet treats were endless on this day!
"Annie Matlick from Ambrosia Cakery created a delectable three-tiered cake adorned with an exquisite gold sugar flower."
"...and Kat Keeling with Treehouse Cakes by Kat created the loveliest gold and navy sugar cookies, which added an element of fun to the evening."
"To wrap up the evening, a s'mores station was set up en route between the barn and parking lot, so guests could "grab a mallow and party smore" on their way out."
A bonfire, toasted marshmallows, and more hay bale couches were the perfect final touch. Feeling inspired? Well, we don't blame you! Because this shoot is so full of the good stuff! Plus did we mention that it all benefited Make A Wish Arizona? What could be better than that? Now excuse us because we have some serious pinning to do! Care to join us?
