Elegant and Timeless Elopement Inspiration

Elegant, timeless, and all kinds of exquisite — today's styled shoot really is a must-see! With event planning by Plum and Poppy and the loveliest of florals by Wild Heart Blooms — the level of gorgeous is off the charts, you guys! And lucky for us Chloe Luka Photography was behind the lens to capture every pretty detail.

This team set out to create a lush and timeless elopement inspiration at a private estate in Indianapolis, Indiana at Laurel Hall.

"In choosing to shoot on an overcast, rainy day in January, we hope this shoot serves as an inspiration for winter brides - that your day can still be intimate, romantic and whimsical in an indoor setting."

From the floral designer: "I really wanted to be thoughtful with the palette and textures that I chose. We envisioned a timeless romantic feel that would stay classic."

       

"Since it was an elopement, we were allowed to be lush and abundant."

           "The flowers reflected that with an overflowing/overgrown feel to them."

"I chose to use a variety of roses, spray roses, ranunculus, heather, scabiosa, brunia, calla lilies, wax flowers, dusty miller and eucalyptus."

     

From the event planner: "Our vision for this inspiration shoot was for it to be warm, lush, romantic, and timeless."

"Just a slight variation of traditional with a more feminine touch. Just what you'd dream of if you were going to run away with the love of your life."
 

"We kept that theme throughout the paper products by inviting guests to join them after the elopement. Everyone should still get to celebrate with friends and family, even if you elope."

 

"I believe cake and champagne should be at any celebration so we wanted those items to carry through the elopement as well."

"It was a rainy day but I think that gave it an even richer tone that was perfect!"    
          So in love with this exquisite engagement ring from Trumpet and Horn!      Linens by Party Crush Studio were super luxurious and added so much lush texture. And we can't go without mentioning our love for these calligraphy touches by Calligraphy with TLC.     A paper suite designed by Athena Street was perfectly designed to coordinate. And oh. my. goodness! What a beautiful suite it was!  Meanwhile, hair and makeup by Something Blue Stylists was styled to perfection. The wedding gown from Bella Bridesmaids had the loveliest bodice and the most gorgeous blush skirt creating an effortless two tone look. And how dreamy is this fireplace, mantle setting? Another really beautiful standout for this shoot was the candelabra. We are loving the unique arched design. Definitely adds to the timeless, ethereal feel of it all.   A gorgeous wedding cake designed by Classic Cakes Carmel is modern and oh-so swoon-worthy!     Gorgeous, radiant, and so absolutely elegant — huge hugs and high fives to this talented team of wedding pros! Clearly, they know a thing or two about what it takes to make wedding dreams come true.
