Lauren and Scott's Classic Vineyard Wedding in Georgia
Molly Weir Photography and her stunning photos of Lauren and Scott's sweet wedding day. Plus it just so happens to be the venue where we personally got married back in 2009, so this feature is extra special because it's stirring up us all kinds of memories for me! Because what could be more romantic than a vineyard setting in Dahlonega, Georgia at the gorgeous Frogtown Cellars?
After selecting such an elegant color scheme of champagne, green, and taupe, floral designer Mallory Kelley created the most picture-perfect centerpieces to sit beautifully against the rustic feel of the place.
And of course, being from the south, no southern bride would feel complete without a nice heaping helping of monograms scattered everywhere. From Lauren's getting-ready robe to the ring bearer's pillow, if you could do it, it was monogrammed courtesy of the bride's talented mama. This wedding is jam-packed with so many fun details that you just have to take a gander for yourselves!
From the photographer, "the wedding was set at the gorgeous Frogtown Cellars in Dahlonega and it was a seamless blend of sweet romantic and organic greenery."
"The rain held off, the breeze was constant and the excitement was overflowing."
"Each bridesmaid wore a different sparkly (my favorite kind) dress designed by Adrianna Papell to complement our color scheme of champagne, green, and taupe."
"None were more perfect than Lauren's dress with an amazing, flowing train that caught in the wind as she walked. The amount of detail that Lauren and her mom put into every aspect of the wedding was amazing."
"Her mama, Mary Jane, is a successful embroidery artist and spent months monogramming almost every aspect of the wedding! If you could do it, it was monogrammed."
"While the seated dinner was inside split between the downstairs ballroom and the upstairs loft, the dancing was outside under the huge covered patio."
So in love with this cake duo from Cake Envy!
