Emily and Chip's Ultra-Glam Wedding in Greenville
Jennifer Stuart Photography, we get to see all of these lovely things and more from Emily and Chip's fabulous wedding day in Downtown Greenville in South Carolina.
With the planning expertise of Clink! Events on their side, Emily and Chip planned a fête too classic for words to describe. Pastels dressed up their winter wedding day, and white and blush-colored ranunculus and anemone bloom designs from Statice Floral Couture was the sweet cherry on top.
Despite cold, dreary, and rainy weather being in the forecast for their elegant affair, Emily and Chip made the most of their day and capped it off with a fun visitor at their swanky reception. College football fans, you'll definitely recognize this guest!
From the photographer, "On the day that Emily and Chip got married, I heard several people talking about rain being a sign of good luck."
"I had been keeping an eye on the weather all week hoping that the forecast would change, but the luck wasn’t on that side of things."
"I arrived at the Westin Poinsett that day to meet up with Emily and her girls. Everyone was excited about the events to come that day, and Emily was calm as a cucumber."
"She even told me that she loved the type of weather we were having: chilly with steady rain showers. Now that’s a positive outlook, right?"
"We were able to use the lobby of the Poinsett Hotel for the girls’ photos and it couldn’t have fit their style any better."
"Sequin beaded gowns, fur stoles, and Emily’s gorgeous lace bridal gown worked beautifully with the 1920s look of this historic Greenville hotel."
Bridesmaid dresses from Adrianna Papell truly captured a glamorous Art Deco inspired style that the couple hoped to achieve.
"Since she and Chip decided not to see each other before their twilight ceremony, we had to use the chapel for their wedding party and romantic portraits. Thankfully, Westminster is absolutely gorgeous!"
"Their reception at the Huguenot Loft was amazing, and the dance floor was packed all night. Emily and Chip are Clemson alumni and proud fans of the National Championship winners, so a visit from the Tiger mascot was required!"
