Moody Brewery Wedding Inspo in Pittsburgh
What happens when a team of Pittsburgh wedding pros get together in one of the chicest brewery spaces we ever did see? Oh, you know, all kinds of amazingness. That's what! And lucky for us, Dawn Derbyshire Photography was there to capture every bit of the this beauty.
From the photographer, "One of my favorite parts about working in the Pittsburgh wedding industry is seeing how people are taking the industrial, gritty pieces of the city and create something romantic and magical with it."
"When Trish from Vintage Alley Rentals approached me about working in the WBU Event Venue, (a rustic, gritty, raw space attached to the awesome Spring Hill Brewery in Pittsburgh), I jumped at the chance. We chose to pair a soft, romantic Tara La Tour dress from Luna Boutique with lush florals from from 4121 Main which completely transformed the space."
Embracing all of the texture and rawness of the space, this soft and romantic event design truly took the drama of the space at WBU Event Venue to the next level! Nicole from Exhale Events came in to make every last detail perfect, helping to polish the overall vision.
The ceremony arch was designed with raining lights from EF Lighting, white florals galore and tons of texture to go with the bentwood chairs from Event Source...
....Needless to say, it was a magical ceremony space perfect for intimate nuptials.
For the reception, the hoppy elements of the floral design were played up in the escort card/favor combo from Oh Joyful Day, reusable beer bottles with custom labels.

Flipping the escort bottle table to use for the cake table, Tasty Bakery collaborated with Thommy to create a dramatic dessert display perfectly accented by the distressed walls of the venue.
Wrapping up the whole vision for the shoot, Vintage Alley styled a sweetheart table with a gorgeous mantlepiece backdrop perfect for an intimate, candlelit dinner for two!
