Megan and Ben’s Dairy Barn Wedding
With beautiful captures from McSween Photography, today's fall wedding was the absolute sweetest! An August wedding at the The Dairy Barn at Anne Springs Close Greenway was a perfect beginning for these two. All the oranges and reds were the perfect way to usher in the fall.
Florals from Debra Duke Designs Floral & Gifts were lush, lovely, and bursting at the seams with color! From the photographer, "Megan and Ben's love story is the sweetest and once you hear it you will be as convinced as we are that their relationship is no accident. These two met last fall while Megan was doing community health clinicals for her nursing program."
They realized Ben was visiting Megan's church and they were both interested in doing work overseas. They saw each other again the next evening at a small gathering of friends. A few days later Ben calls Megan and they have been going on dates ever since.
The Anne Springs Close Greenway is home to a number of venues. The most popular venue in Fort Mill, the Dairy Barn was built in 1947 and has been renovated to provide a unique and beautiful venue for indoor/outdoor wedding ceremonies, receptions, and other events.

"She was assigned to go to the fire station and give flu shots. Ben was a new hire for the fire station and there to get a physical. As Ben was leaving he grappled in the parking lot with going back and getting Megan's number, he decided not to."
"Two days later, Clemson was playing Georgia Southern at home. After trading her ticket with her roommate and sitting on the “hill” she was getting up to leave to meet her sister at the concession stand, she saw Ben and after talking for a while, this time he got her number."

"One of those date nights led to a sweet surprise proposal with tears and lots of hugs. To say we are excited for their wedding in August is an understatement. These two were completely meant to be together and we just can’t wait."
"We met all the girls at Megan’s parents home just a few minutes from the venue. The house was buzzing with excitement while the girls were getting ready. Megan’s dad Davy shinning up the wedding rings."
An invitation suite from Elli Design Studio was soft and perfectly romantic.
"He is just the sweetest! It’s so fun to witness and get to be apart of all the excitement that leads up to the ceremony. My favorite part of Ben and Megan’s day was their first look. The joy that filled both of their faces when he turned around was magnificent!
"The light that emanates from them both when they see each other for the first time was incredible to witness. Needless to say, they made our job super easy!"
